Hello can somebody help me with this please if they can. I recently missed a signing day with the jobcentre and came into sign the next day but they said they couldent sign me as it messed up the system and my claim would have to be referred to a decision maker. Then in turn i received a letter back saying i would be stopped money for the days i would have signed for which amounted to 2 weeks! I would like to know what the rules are here and can they do this to me or not? I have not signed on for very long but already it seems harsh treatment for a mistake.
